March 6-8: Wolf Track Classic Dog Sled Race

June 11-13: Dog Jumping Events by Dock Dogs

July 23-25: 29th Annual Blueberry Arts Festival

July 29- Aug 1: Boundary Waters Blues Fest at the Longbranch in Winton. 3 days of live music in a relaxed, laid-back atmosphere.

September 10-12: 17th Annual Harvest Moon Festival Ely's last festival of the summer season. Local artists and handcrafters from the area get together at Whiteside park to display and sell their art.
